The Developer Portal provides technical documentation, APIs, SDKs, and integration resources to support development on the Docebo platform.
Access is restricted to current Docebo customers and approved partners with authorized developer credentials. All use of the Developer Portal is subject to these Terms and your organization’s applicable agreement with Docebo (the “Master Services Agreement” or “Partner Agreement”).
Developer Portal shall be used solely for:
developing integrations, extensions, and applications that interact with the Docebo platform;
testing, prototyping, and evaluating technical solutions in a sandbox or approved environment;
accessing Docebo’s API documentation, SDKs, and related developer materials.
All materials provided through the Developer Portal including, but not limited to, documentation, sample code, SDKs, and APIs remain the exclusive property of Docebo and its licensors and subject to the confidentiality obligations in the applicable agreement between Customer, Docebo or any other contractual documentation that governs such relationship / access to the Services.
Developer Portal content may include proprietary or confidential information and therefore Customer and End Users agree:
to use such information solely for integration or development with the Docebo platform;
not to disclose it or any information accessible through the Development Portal to any third party without prior written consent.
APIs, documentation, and technical resources may change or be deprecated without notice. Docebo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or backward compatibility.
Access to and use of the Developer Portal are subject to the existing Master Services Agreement (MSA) or partner agreement between the parties. In case of conflict, the MSA or partner agreement prevails over these terms.
When using the Developer Portal, Docebo will process your personal data in accordance with (i) the data processing addendum or similar terms within the agreement between you and Docebo, and (ii) Docebo’s cookie policy available within the Developer Portal.
Where applicable, the MSA’s definitions of “Documentation” extend to Developer Portal content and API disclaimers and limitations within the MSA remain fully in force.
Docebo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Developer Portal:
for violations of these Terms;
if your organization’s Docebo subscription or partnership ends;
if misuse, security risk, or unauthorized access is detected.
Upon termination, Customer must cease using all Developer Portal materials and destroy any confidential information obtained through the Developer Portal.
